“J.D.Pools” moves into the “pool villa” market as resorts and real estate recover

Responding to the positive signs as Covid-19 ends, “J.D.Pools” steps on the accelerator in the “pool villa” market, noting that demand for swimming pools is growing with the recovery of tourism and real estate.

The Ministry of Public Health has issued two announcements removing Covid-19 from the list of dangerous communicable diseases and classing it only as a communicable disease under surveillance, effective 1 October 2022. Worldwide, the outbreak shows a trend of fewer severe cases and deaths, and the public has a high level of vaccination coverage and growing immunity, so the government considers it appropriate to adjust legal measures in line with the easing of restrictions in Thailand and around the world.

The Standard is a hotel chain from Standard International in the USA, in which Sansiri Group is the major shareholder.
