iSTEEL POOL

iSteel Pool is a prefabricated swimming pool system from J.D. Pools, designed for customers who want an internationally certified, high-quality pool within a manageable budget and with a fast installation timeline.

The pool body can be configured as an Oval shape, giving a modern look with two rounded ends. It can also be tailored to the customer’s living space — the pool’s length can be chosen to suit the area available.

Intelligent Panel

A smart wall panel that adds extra reinforcement on the two main sides of the pool.

Made of polypropylene with concrete poured inside, it is exceptionally strong and eliminates leaks, settlement and cracking caused by external pressure on the pool. A registered J.D. Pools utility model (“Petty Patent”).

Pool Wall Structure

The iSteel Pool wall structure is manufactured from high-quality steel, hot-dip galvanized to protect against rust from within, in line with European standards. The surface is coated with a special two-layer protective coating to improve resistance to moisture and water-borne chemicals. It is strong, rust-resistant, safe and environmentally friendly. Wall thickness: 0.6 mm for pools up to 1.20 m deep.

PVC Liner

Surface Lining (Liner)

The water-facing surface uses a prefabricated PVC liner produced at the factory, 1.0 mm thick. The PVC liner is UV-resistant and flexible, allowing for quick installation.

iSteel Pool comes with a fully assembled filtration package built around carefully selected, durable, energy-efficient components.

Structure made from high-quality fiberglass — strong, resistant to moisture and chemicals.
Compact design, well suited to pools with limited surrounding space.
The unit does not protrude into the pool, so it doesn’t intrude on the usable swimming area.
A separate pump room adds installation flexibility and makes servicing easier.
Less pipework means lower leakage risk and easier long-term maintenance.
Two-stage filtration:

Stage 1: Coarse basket filter to catch leaves, insects, etc.
Stage 2: Cloth filter bag with 5-micron filtration precision.

Pump room

Prefabricated Fiberglass Pump Room with Control Cabinet

A ready-made pump room manufactured from high-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) that resists UV light and chemicals. Strong and durable, it can be installed on the pool deck and comes with a piping and valve kit for connecting to the pump. This dramatically simplifies pump installation — just connect the suction and supply lines to the pool’s plumbing.
